Architectural Designer


We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Esbjerg. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects meet design specifications, building codes, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for new construction, renovation, and expansion projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of designs
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with contractors to oversee construction progress and address any design issues that may arise
- Manage project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per week.

Location:
This role is based in Esbjerg but may require occasional travel to project sites within Denmark.

Accommodation:
