Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements. Your role will also involve managing budgets, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers, contractors, and interior designers
- Coordinate the submission of building plans to local authorities for approval
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure that projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and provide guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas to clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This is a part-time position located in Esbjerg. Candidates must have their own visa status for employment in Denmark. Women are encouraged to apply. The salary for this role is 1500$ per month.
