Junior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hospitality venues.

Your main duties will include conducting site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed projects, creating detailed architectural plans and blueprints, and collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is required. Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
