Country: Denmark Architectural Designer
As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings in the city of Esbjerg, Denmark. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements.
Your main duties will include conducting site visits, preparing and presenting design proposals, creating detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and overseeing the construction process to ensure that it aligns with the original design.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods. You must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Fluent in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. The exact salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
Location:
This position is based in Esbjerg, Denmark. However, we are open to candidates from other nationalities who are willing to relocate.
