Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in the city of Esbjerg, Denmark. Your primary role will be to manage and lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to successfully complete architectural design and construction projects
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure it stays within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Esbjerg
- Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
