Part-Time Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Esbjerg on a part-time basis. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design proposals that meet their needs
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and specifications for construction
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Prior experience in architecture or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software programs
- A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
