Architecture Manager for Part-Time Position in Esbjerg


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architecture projects, including design, planning, and construction. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ and does not include accommodation, but we do provide a free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of architecture projects from design to completion
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review project plans and designs for quality assurance
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Esbjerg is preferred but not required
