Job Title: Part-time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a part-time Architecture Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to construction. This is a part-time position, perfect for individuals who are looking for a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop project proposals and budgets
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Communicate progress and updates to clients regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in architecture or project management preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
Salary for this part-time position is competitive at 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Esbjerg, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally able to work in Denmark.
