Part-Time Architecture Manager
Location: Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to gain experience in the field of architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee architectural design and construction projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to building codes and regulations
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documents
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in architectural design or construction management
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate will be required to work 20 hours per week.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
The role is based in Esbjerg, Denmark. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Denmark.
