Architecture Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, consulting with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee architectural projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and design goals
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements
- Review project designs for accuracy and feasibility
- Provide guidance and direction to team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards project success
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1700$ per month.

Accommodation: Accommodation can be provided for candidates relocating from outside Esbjerg.

Location: This position is based in Esbjerg, a vibrant city known for its rich cultural heritage and beautiful coastlines.
