Job Title: Contract Architecture Manager
Location: Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Architecture Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of our projects, from design to construction. You will work closely with clients and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead architectural design teams in the development of project plans and designs
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration between different disciplines
- Mentor and train junior architects on best practices and company processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with clients from various industries on both commercial and residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to different stakeholders

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
