Job Title: Part-Time Architecture Manager (Esbjerg, Denmark)

As a Part-Time Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures in Esbjerg, Denmark. Your main duties will include managing project teams, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and execute building projects in Esbjerg
- Create project timelines, budgets, and resources plans
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project budgets and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or construction management
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Esbjerg
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software

This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate.
