Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. Your main goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Keep detailed records of machine performance and production output
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of operating various types of machinery, such as lathes, presses, or CNC machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
- Technical degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus
