Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial record keeping, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and track company expenses
- Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on financial status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
- Excellent mathematical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex financial information
