- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure profitability without compromising quality
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions that showcase our cuisine
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with all health codes and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Passion for food and creativity in menu development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
