Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include managing staff, overseeing inventory and supplies, creating schedules, and monitoring financial performance.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service. A biometric passport is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to improve profitability
- Ensure high-quality service standards are met at all times
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and delivery
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Enforce health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized establishment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food industry regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary
