Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with previous management experience in a restaurant setting. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, inventory, and budgeting
- Hire, train, and schedule employees
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
This is a contract job with no accommodation provided. We welcome applications from students who are able to commit to working part-time hours. The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
