Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Esbjerg. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring inventory and financials, and maintaining overall quality and cleanliness standards. You should have strong leadership skills, a passion for the food and beverage industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all customers receive excellent service
- Oversee food preparation and quality control
- Monitor financials to ensure profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proven track record of meeting financial goals
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Salary:
Starting salary of $1400 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
Location:
Esbjerg, Denmark. Free visa sponsorship provided.
