Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our dining establishment in the bustling city of Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including daily operations, customer service, staff management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all areas of the restaurant including front of house, kitchen, and bar.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by maintaining a welcoming and efficient dining experience.
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure a professional and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
- Oversee food safety procedures to maintain health code standards.
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices.
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels including social media, events, and partnerships.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proven track record of successful staff management, financial management, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
