As an Entry-Level Barista, you will learn the art of coffee making and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and smoothies. You will also assist with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the cafe.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and is able to work well in a team. While prior experience as a barista is not required, we do require that candidates have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. As this is an entry-level position, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate to Esbjerg.

In addition to receiving comprehensive training on coffee making techniques and customer service skills, we also offer accommodation for our employees. This includes a private room with shared bathroom facilities within walking distance from the cafe.
