We are a busy cafe in the heart of Esbjerg and we are seeking an experienced and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to customer's preferences
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and using proper techniques
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe including tables, counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or coffee shop setting
- Excellent knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and brewing methods
- Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

City:
This position is located in Esbjerg.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who already possess a valid visa to work in Denmark. However, we are open to sponsoring the right candidate if necessary.
