Experienced Barista in Esbjerg, Denmark (Visa Sponsorship Available)

As an experienced Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers in Esbjerg. Your passion for coffee and knowledge of espresso-based drinks will be essential in creating a memorable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers
- Educate customers on our products, brewing methods, and specials
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and specialty drinks is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is an advantage)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid work permit or willingness to obtain visa sponsorship
