Entry-Level Barista

As an entry-level Barista in our bustling coffee shop in Esbjerg, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages. This is a great opportunity for someone with little to no experience in the field, as we are willing to train and develop the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare various coffee beverages using high-quality ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Suggest additional items to customers to enhance their experience
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but a passion for coffee is a must!
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff members
