Instrument Technician at a Leading Oil and Gas Company in Esbjerg, Denmark


We are a leading oil and gas company based in Esbjerg, Denmark, seeking an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and control systems used in our operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electronic and mechanical systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting and calibration techniques. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month. Applicants must have their own visa to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments and control systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Diagnose malfunctions using technical manuals or diagnostic equipment
- Perform calibrations on instruments according to manufacturer's specifications
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and order as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry
- Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have own visa to work in Denmark
