Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the desired quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed on site
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regularly
- Prepare project reports and presentations for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Biometric passport (preferred)
