Construction Manager



We are a leading construction company based in Esbjerg, seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are executed within budget and on time
- Manage and lead a team of contractors and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve project designs, contracts, change orders and other related documents
- Prepare progress reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Primavera or Procore
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month without accommodation. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates.
