Part-Time Construction Manager
Location: Esbjerg, Denmark
Salary: $1500 per month


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for each project
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Ability to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
