Construction Project Coordinator


The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the construction manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Esbjerg. This individual will work closely with the construction team to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to effectively communicate with contractors, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues
- Communicate regularly with the construction manager to provide updates on project status
- Review and approve invoices from contractors and vendors
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment of project goals and specifications
- Oversee the procurement process for necessary equipment and supplies
- Train and manage a team of construction assistants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a construction-related role (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Esbjerg, Denmark (local candidates preferred)
