Contract Construction Manager in Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Construction Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per week and includes visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the project duration

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management or related field preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is a plus
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis without benefits
