Sales Manager - Esbjerg, Denmark
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets and objectives, and monitoring their performance. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Set sales targets and objectives for the team, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service experience
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
