Entry-Level Sales Manager in Esbjerg, Denmark
We are excited to offer an entry-level position for a Sales Manager at our company in Esbjerg, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to drive sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategic plans to reach them
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Valid work permit for Denmark (visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens)
