We are a leading provider of biometric passport solutions in the bustling city of Esbjerg, Denmark. Our company is currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our business forward.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our biometric passport solutions to potential clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure successful product launches and promotions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the biometric passport industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the biometric passport industry and market trends
- Ability to travel for client meetings as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is an urgent position so we are looking for candidates who can join us immediately.
