We are seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in the lively city of Esbjerg, Denmark. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience. You will need to have previous experience in the food and beverage industry and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take orders from customers and enter them accurately into the system
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Must have legal authorization to work in Denmark
