Waiter/Waitress in Esbjerg, Denmark



We are in need of a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at a restaurant in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Take food and drink orders and ensure accuracy
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Prepare bills and process payment transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for the next guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
