Experienced Gardener

We are searching for an experienced Gardener to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our client's gardens, ensuring they are kept neat and well-maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening duties such as mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, and watering.
- Maintain garden equipment and tools.
- Identify and treat plant diseases and pests.
- Create and maintain garden designs according to client preferences.
- Provide suggestions for plant selection and garden improvements.
- Ensure gardens are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of various plants, trees, flowers, and shrubs.
- Familiarity with gardening equipment and tools.
- Ability to identify common plant diseases and pests and provide proper treatment.
- Excellent communication skills in English or Danish (both preferred).
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time.
