Barber - Full Time


We are in need of a skilled Barber to join our team at our busy salon in Esbjerg. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Consult with clients to determine their desired hairstyle and grooming needs
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services according to client preferences
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the barbering industry
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Promote salon products and services to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent technical skills in hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Good communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is an asset)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
