Courier Supervisor
The Courier Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of couriers in Esbjerg, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the courier industry and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor courier performance and ensure all packages are delivered on time
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Implement new processes or procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for couriers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the courier industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and other courier-specific technology
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of packages
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month with accommodation provided. Our company also offers opportunities for career growth within the courier industry.

This position is located in Esbjerg, Denmark. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Denmark.
