Entry-level Baker
As an entry-level baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods at our bakery in Esbjerg. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to begin their career in the baking industry. No prior experience is required, as we are willing to train and develop the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and production of various baked goods, such as breads, pastries, and cakes
- Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Operating baking equipment, such as ovens and mixers
- Maintaining a clean work environment and following food safety standards
- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and fulfilling orders
Requirements:
- Passion for the baking industry and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: Starting salary of $1300 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Biometric Passport: A biometric passport is preferred but not required.
