We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a part-time Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in our residential properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Inspecting properties regularly to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Responding to tenants' maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keeping accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Maintaining inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairs
- Ensuring all safety precautions are followed while performing tasks

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in Denmark

Salary: 1100$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)
