We are a contracting company in need of an experienced Handyman to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in commercial and residential buildings. Your main duties will include fixing plumbing issues, repairing electrical systems, painting, and performing general handyman tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets
- Repair or replace damaged components in electrical systems
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Install and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Detect and troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems
- Conduct general handyman tasks such as hanging shelves or assembling furniture
- Keep accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman
- Proven knowledge of building maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in building maintenance
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
