Body Repair Master

We are hiring a skilled Body Repair Master to join our team in Esbjerg. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring the damaged bodywork of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles. This includes tasks such as removing dents and scratches, replacing damaged parts, and ensuring the overall appearance of the vehicle is restored to its original condition.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in auto body repair and painting techniques, as well as knowledge of different types of materials used in vehicle production. You must also have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Use specialized tools to remove dents and straighten damaged metal panels
- Replace damaged parts such as fenders, doors, and bumpers
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix paints according to color codes and apply coats evenly
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within given timeframes
- Keep detailed records of repairs made

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of auto body repair techniques
- Proficiency with various hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy parts
- Good time management skills
- Own transportation required
