We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Esbjerg. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring office supplies are stocked, and coordinating meetings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking conference rooms and arranging catering
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the company
- Train and supervise administrative staff members
- Create and maintain organizational systems to improve efficiency in the workplace
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: 1300$ per month with accommodation provided.
