Part-Time Office Manager in Esbjerg, Denmark
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage schedules for staff members
- Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events
- Maintain records and databases
- Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)
