Office Manager (Contract) - Esbjerg, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls and emails
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and arranging travel accommodations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Monitor expenses and maintain budget for office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
