Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our hotel in Esbjerg. As the Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and bookings for the hotel. You will work closely with the hotel management team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships through networking and sales calls
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and analysis
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one is preferred
