Office Manager - Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our growing team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and readily available
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be eligible to work in Denmark without sponsorship
