Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of our hotel in Esbjerg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, with a proven track record of generating revenue and increasing occupancy rates. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
Salary: $1100 per month
This position does not include accommodation; however, the company will provide visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates.
