Hotel Sales Manager in Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. Your main goal will be to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research and analyze competition to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to create attractive packages and promotions
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel and increase brand awareness
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month depending on qualifications.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday-Friday (9am - 5pm). Occasional weekend work may be required during peak seasons.
