As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our guests and assisting with their needs during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Communicate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Danish (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1000$ per month
