Our growing company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and ensuring their proper functioning. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new systems
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the IT industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
